Started by Jim McGovern in the 1970’s, our exhibition wine cellar currently holds close to 5,000 bottles, and has a maximum capacity of 7,000. With a focus on wines from France and California, The Hermitage has once again become a part of Wine Spectator with an Award of Excellence. Get together a group of your closest friends and dine exclusively among all of the different regions, but be sure to bring something warm; we keep the cellar at a chilly 55 ºF with a relative humidity of 55°F as well.
